VETURA TRANSFERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Customer: An individual who books services via email. By confirming a reservation, the customer enters into a contractual agreement with VETURA TRANSFERS and agrees to pay all associated costs.
Passenger: The individual named in the booking. A passenger may also be a customer, although not necessarily.
Service: The provision of transportation, including vehicle rental with a driver, from the initial pick-up point to the designated destination.
Carrier: VETURA TRANSFERS, the provider executing the transportation services.
Confirmation: A document issued via email confirming the details of the reservation as submitted in the booking form.

VETURA TRANSFERS specializes in high-quality, private transportation services, prioritizing safety, comfort, and convenience.
3. Booking and Payment

Payment: Full payment is required to secure a reservation. Accepted methods include bank transfer or PayPal.

Services are primarily available in ZADAR, ZAGREB, SPLIT, and the ISTRA region. Transfers from other locations may be arranged subject to availability.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Non-Refundable: Cancellations within 5 days of the scheduled transfer will not be refunded.
Partial Refund: Cancellations between 5 and 10 days prior to the transfer date are eligible for a 50% refund.
Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 10 days before the transfer will receive a full refund.
6. Passenger Responsibilities
Punctuality: Passengers must adhere to the scheduled pick-up times. Delays or non-compliance may disrupt service delivery. Refer to paragraph 12 for details on handling delays.
Personal Belongings: VETURA TRANSFERS is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
Pet Policy: Inquiries about traveling with pets should be made at the time of booking to ensure compliance with any requirements.
7. Carrier Responsibilities
VETURA TRANSFERS commits to providing reliable and professional transportation services, maintaining high safety standards for all vehicles. The carrier is not liable for delays outside its control, such as traffic or weather conditions.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal information collected during booking is protected under privacy laws and used solely for service provision.
9. Amendments to Terms
VETURA TRANSFERS reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes.
10. Waiting Time and Delays
Airport Arrivals: A 60-minute waiting period post-landing is included.
Other Locations: A 30-minute waiting period is included.
Excess Waiting Time: Additional charges may apply if waiting exceeds these limits.
11. Confirmation and Documentation
Digital confirmation on a mobile device is sufficient for service access.
12. Prohibited Activities
Engaging in illegal activities during service use will result in immediate termination without a refund.
13. Feedback and Complaints
