Where can vehicle pick-up/return be made?
Vehicle pick-up and return is possible in Pula, Zadar, Split, and Zagreb, or internationally, depending on the client’s preference, with an additional charge of €1.5 per km.
Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes. During the low season (before 22.03 or after 01.10), the minimum rental period is 5 days (4 nights).
During the high season (from 23.03 to 30.09), the minimum rental period is 8 days (7 nights).
If pick-up and/or return of the vehicle is not in Zadar, Pula, or Poreč, the minimum rental period is 8 days (7 nights).
On which days can the vehicle be picked up and/or returned?
During the low season, pick-up and return are flexible. During the high season, pick-up and return are always on Saturdays.
Is there a charge for crossing the border?
Yes, crossing borders is allowed for a fee of €100. However, clients must pay for tolls/vignettes at their own expense.
Technical specifications
This camper provides comfortable accommodation and sleeping space for up to 5 people (electric drop-down bed, dinette bed, rear bed).
The cabin seats are adjustable in height and depth; both seats are swiveling and include armrests.
The kitchen includes a large 142 L refrigerator, a 3-burner stove, and a sink.

General rental conditions
Certain words and expressions in these General Terms and Conditions of Vehicle Rental (hereinafter: “Terms”) have the following meanings:
a) “Agency” – VETURA D.D., headquartered in Poreč, Ul. J. Rakovca 2, which provides vehicle rental services through its service provider.
b) “Renter” – a natural or legal person who rents the vehicle or on whose behalf the vehicle is rented.
The vehicle may be rented by individuals or legal entities. Conditions for entering into a rental agreement:
- The driver must be at least 25 years old.
- The driver must hold a valid category B driving license for at least 5 years.
- The renter must have a valid credit card accepted by the Agency/service provider to guarantee obligations arising from the rental.
Only persons listed in the contract are allowed to drive the vehicle.
Upon vehicle pick-up, the renter must present valid original documents (ID card or passport and driving license). The Agency/service provider will keep copies for its records.
A driver collecting the vehicle on behalf of a legal entity guarantees authorization and is jointly liable with the legal entity for all obligations under the contract.
By signing the contract, both parties confirm that the vehicle was handed over in a technically sound and clean condition with all equipment and documents. The equipment list and any minor defects are recorded in the vehicle condition report.
The rental ends with the re-signing of the contract upon return, signing of the condition report, payment of any additional charges, and return of the deposit if no violations exist (traffic fines, damage, delays, improper use).
The renter remains responsible for traffic violations committed during the rental period even after the contract ends.
Payment terms
The Agency sends a written rental offer based on a request. The offer is valid for 7 (seven) days and is considered accepted upon payment of the deposit and signing of the general rental conditions.
The deposit is 35% of the total rental price. The remaining amount must be paid 40 days before departure.
By paying the deposit, the renter confirms full acceptance of the rental conditions.
The rental starts with acceptance of the offer and conditions, payment of the deposit, and signing of the contract by both parties.
The rental price does not include fuel, tolls, fines, or other penalties incurred during the rental period.
Mileage is limited to 300 km per day. Each additional kilometer is charged at €0.5/km.
A price list for additional equipment and costs is attached.
Security deposit
A deposit of €2,000.00 must be blocked upon vehicle pick-up via credit card pre-authorization.
Only credit cards (MasterCard and Visa) are accepted.
The blocked deposit will be returned within 30 days via bank transfer. Pre-authorized credit card funds are automatically released within 30 days depending on the issuing bank. VETURA D.D. has no influence on this process.
The deposit is intended to cover possible costs during the rental period.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Lost or damaged equipment during the rental period.
- All vehicles are fully insured with a 1% deductible of the camper’s purchase value, charged in case of accident, theft, or major damage exceeding €2,000.00.
Parts, repairs, and damages up to €2,000.00 caused by the renter are charged according to the official price list.
- The difference between repair costs and the deposit is refunded with a written explanation.
- In case of damage, the deposit is withheld until the cause is resolved and the vehicle is restored to its original condition.
In case of any damage, theft, or incident, the renter must immediately inform the Agency, request a police report, and submit all documentation upon return.
For external damage caused by the renter or unknown parties, the deposit is withheld until repairs are completed or an insurance statement is provided.
Repairs caused by unknown parties are paid by the renter up to the deposit amount.
The Agency may charge additional costs such as fuel, extension fees, delivery/collection outside the base, parking fines, traffic fines, and administrative costs.
By signing the contract, the renter authorizes the Agency to charge such costs via credit card during or after the rental.
In case of late payment, the renter must pay statutory interest and additional costs.
The renter remains responsible for traffic violations even after the rental ends.
Cancellation and termination
For cancellations up to 30 days before departure, the deposit is charged as a cancellation fee.
For cancellations up to 15 days before departure, 50% of the total rental price is charged.
For cancellations less than 15 days before departure, the full rental price is charged.
Reservations can only be transferred with agency approval.
Rental period changes require agency approval.
The Agency may terminate the contract immediately if the renter violates essential conditions.
The vehicle must then be returned immediately with all equipment.
The contract may also end if the vehicle is stolen or unusable and no replacement is provided.
Travel cancellation insurance
Travel cancellation insurance can be arranged through the Agency.
It covers: illness, accident, natural disasters, death, and military exercises.
It applies to the insured person, family, and close relatives.
In such cases, 90% of the charged amount is refunded.
Insurance can be arranged within 3 days of contract signing.
Responsibility of renter and lessor
Smoking in the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Cleaning and damage costs will be charged if violated.
Pets are allowed only with written approval from the Agency; the renter is responsible for any damage.
In case of force majeure or vehicle unavailability, the renter receives a replacement vehicle or full refund.
The Agency assumes no liability for such cancellation.
The Agency may inspect the vehicle at any time and immediately repossess it if terms are violated.
All vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking devices.
The renter must comply with all laws in all countries visited.
Camping rules vary by country and must be respected.
All fines and damages are borne by the renter.
Documents and keys must always be carried. Insurance does not cover losses if they are missing.
Loss of documents or keys is charged at actual cost.
Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or sedatives is strictly prohibited.
A €2,000.00 deposit is required via credit card pre-authorization upon pick-up (MasterCard or Visa only).
